Update on US Product Availability May 25, 2022
Dear Metabolic Community,
We are pleased to report that our supply situation for metabolic products has improved tremendously, and we would like to give you an update on product availability. As you know, higher demand and delays in obtaining supplies for our metabolic products had created a temporary short supply situation.
- Rest assured that our metabolic infant formula supply has been and continues to be secure.
- For the majority of our PKU products, we are or will be back in stock by early June, including our PhenylAde Essential products. Even more products will be back by mid‐June.
- PhenylAde GMP Drink Mix Vanilla, PhenylAde GMP Mix In, PhenylAde Essential Unflavored, PhenylAde 60 Vanilla and PhenylAde Amino Acid Blend: Please order cans (rather than
pouches), as we are focusing our production resources on cans. - For our non‐PKU products, we offer formulas for all age groups. We are expecting increased availability in early and mid‐June as well for products that are currently in short supply.
