We had to switch from Phenex 2 to Periflex Advanced. It was super stressful because even switching was hard due to the other companies being overrun with an influx of patients needing formula. One of the hardest struggles was having to switch formula on a dime with really no wiggle room for error. Also, because the dietitians didn’t have much formula, it was kind of like the blind leading the blind.
