Abbott has released an updated schedule for release of its newly manufactured metabolic formulas. For any product not yet released the Urgent Needs Program is still in effect. Previously-manufactured formula can be obtained, free of charge, by contacting your metabolic clinic.
Changes in this update:
- These formulas due to be released in October 2022 are now scheduled for release in December 2022:
Pro-Phree®, Ketonex®-1 and 2, Phenex®-1, Similac PM 60/40®, Cyclinex®-1, I-Valex®-1, Glutarex®-1, Propimex®-1 - These formulas due to be released in November 2022 are now scheduled for release in December 2022:
Phenex-2 Unflavored and Vanilla, I-Valex-2, Cyclinex-2, Hominex-2, Propimex-2
- These formulas due to be released in November 2022 are now scheduled for release in January 2023:
Tyrex-2 and Glutarex-2 - These formulas due to be released in January 2023 are still on track for a January 2023 release:
Hominex-1 and Tyrex-1
